We are delighted to announce that our CEO, Mr. Albino Gaw Dar, who also serves as the Chairperson for Peace and Security at the Horn of Africa Youth Network, is currently taking part in the IGAD Youth Policy Regional Workshop in Nairobi, Kenya.
This important three-day workshop, organized by IGAD in collaboration with the Horn of Africa Youth Network, Save the Children, UNDP, and International IDEA, is focused on developing a comprehensive road-map for the implementation of the IGAD Youth Policy. This policy framework, adopted in 2023, aims to strengthen youth inclusion, peace building, and sustainable development across the region.
Mr. Albino’s participation underscores our organization’s unwavering commitment to youth empowerment, peace, and regional collaboration. His active engagement in these high-level discussions reinforces the importance of youth-led solutions and inclusive policies in shaping the future of Africa.
